About: It's plain. It's simple. It's easy.
DIRT... comprised of friends, all active in bands that have success
on a national and/or worldwide level;
getting together to have fun... get lit... and jam out to the music
that influenced them to become the musicians they are today.
Currently, DIRT is in their practice spot...
jamming out to the likes of Alice in Chains, STP, Rage Against the Machine,
Pearl Jam, Helmet, Soundgarden, Candlebox, and more..
the songs they heard on 98ROCK Baltimore, 103.1 THE UNDERGROUND
(Props Matt Davis!), and 99.1 WHFS through the 90's and into today.
THAT'S what DIRT is bringing to you.
Not your average cover band that's gonna play some killer current hits..
then fill the set with Bob Seger's "Old Time Rock n' Roll" and Wilson
Pickett's "Mustang Sally." No offense to Bob or Wilson Pickett...
but DIRT will be jamming out to the grunge/metal/alternative rock
that we all grew up to and headbanged in the mirror.
